Return Policy

You should be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you need to return an item, please know that all returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Unfortunately, jewelry cannot be returned. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-returnable.

We will respond with instructions for your return or exchange.  Virtuous31 Fashion will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest insuring your package.

Once we have received and inspected your return or exchange, your credit will process to the same credit card that was used originally within five business days. Virtuous31 Fashion reserves the right to deny any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements. Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping and Handling

Please allow 1-2 days processing time once your order has been confirmed.  Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 3pm Central Time will be begin processing same day. Orders placed after 3pm Central will not begin processing until the following business day. You will receive email confirmation directly from UPS providing tracking information once item has been shipped.
